Please Note:

As a new mother, it's essential to understand the role and limitations of a doula. While we offer emotional and practical support, we are not experts in all aspects of newborn or mother care, nor are we healthcare professionals.

We are there to listen, comfort and assist with tasks such as feeding and diapering your newborn, but we cannot provide medical advice or perform clinical studies. It's essential to seek medical attention from qualified professionals for any concerns about your health or your baby's.

We are also not maids or house cleaners, but we can help with light household tasks to ensure you have a comfortable and clean space to recover. However, our primary focus is supporting you emotionally and physically during the postpartum period.

Hospital Postpartum Care

As a new mother, the experience of giving birth can be overwhelming and emotionally draining. It can be challenging if you don't have a strong support system around you. Sometimes, you need someone to be there with you, to comfort and guide you through this new chapter of motherhood.

That's where I come in as a postpartum doula. I understand that every mother's situation is unique, and there are times when you may need extra support - even during your hospital stay. Whether you have other children at home, your partner needs to stay with them, or you want someone to be there for you, I can provide the support you need.

As a postpartum doula, I will be by your side, offering emotional support and practical assistance with your newborn's care. I can help you navigate the hospital environment, communicate with healthcare providers on your behalf, and provide guidance on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.

Even if your spouse or partner cannot be with you, you don't have to go through this alone. I am here to offer a helping hand and a caring presence during this challenging time. So if you need a postpartum doula to stay with you at the hospital, please don't hesitate to reach out.
